Fabulous service. I called, scheduled, a fine young man named Avi notified me he was on his way, showed up, answered questions, rolled up and took the rug. About 3 weeks later the same guy notified me that he was on his way, showed up, unrolled a clean rug and went on his way. I couldn't be happier.
