I had Avi come pick up my rug but he did not feel comfortable taking my rug. He suggest I go and purchase a new rug instead. He is not afraid to give his true opinion. I am very thankful for him. He knows all the tricks and details in cleaning the rug. I would definately recommend anyone to go to Stein rug cleaning.
