NPS (Net Promoter Score)

Combine your NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Google Seller Ratings

NPS (Net Promoter Score)

There are several indicators available to get a clear picture of your company. The main pillars are NPS and CES. Feedback Company is the first Google Partner to allow you to link these major indicators with a Google Seller Rating.

Focus on your customer satisfaction with NPS

With the NPS feature, we add a new question to your feedback request: “How likely would your customers recommend your company to friends or colleagues?” We use the results to make you aware of your performance. This can be in general or specific to your industry.

You can easily track trends in your personal overview. This way, we give you all the tools you need to make your decisions based on data.

Know who your ambassadors are with NPS

NPS is based on a simple concept: customers give feedback on how likely they would recommend your company on a scale of 0 to 10. Based on that score, your customers can then be divided into three groups.

The most positive group, the promoters, gives a score of 9 or 10. This is the group of ambassadors that actively promote your company within their network. By contrast, you also have the critics, which give a score from 0 to 6. The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of critics from the percentage of promoters.
