MOA fair data

With the Fair Data label, the MOA aims to offer consumers certainty in the growing debate and concerns surrounding privacy and data. This is sorely needed, as European research shows that 70 percent of all Europeans are concerned about the misuse of their personal data.

Only organizations that are members of the MOA, and therefore meet strict quality requirements in the area of personal data handling, are allowed to carry the Fair Data quality mark, thereby demonstrating to their customers and consumers that their data and privacy are in safe hands.

In addition, the MOA has drawn up the Fair Data Privacy Code to provide consumers with insight into what organizations must comply with. This offers consumers a point of reference.
