Pricing is very good, you get a variety of options to choose from and the
product was delivered on time, and even the people who came & installed it
were very good however, we were disappointed with a few conversations we
had with our point of contact. She has a good knowledge about some products
rolluik & roller shutter & also gave good advice for it but on the other
hand we lost time on quite a few occasions because she missed to make notes
on the next actions. For ex: She said she doesn't have expertise for
curtains & will ask her team member to schedule an appointment but that
didn't happen. We wasted a few weeks because of this and eventually I had
to call and make the appointment myself.
I sent an email to her on 24th July to inform her that the contract she
sent was different as compared to the discussions we had with another
colleague.
She called me on 25th July and asks my wife what do you now want from us in
a rude tone.
I patiently handled it and explained our requirement again although it was
clearly provided in the email.
She said that we will need to take new measurements because it's not in the
system.
When the other colleague came for the second appointment he mentioned that
he remembers all our discussion and it's also in ZSM's system.
Even after this she didn't bother to call back or apologize for something
which was not our fault.
ZSM has a good reputation and a good company that I would like to recommend
to our friends and neighbors.
We strongly believe that you will take this as a positive feedback and will
provide a better customer service in the future.
As a suggestion, I would strongly recommend that you send an email(Minutes
of the meeting) to the customer after every conversation/ meeting
highlighting what we discussed
