I had a family rug, an antique wool rug with frayed finge. It reeked of generations of dogs. pugs, pee. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to lie. I had sent it to Stanley Steamer and they couldn't get the smell out, so I had wrapped it in a tarp line a dead body and had it in the garage. Stein rug cleaning was my last hope. I read all the reviews and talked to them on the phone, I think his name was David and he said they could get it out! They had my rug for a month soaking it in a magical enzyme and repairing the fringe.

My dog had several accidents on the rug. I sent it to Stein rug cleaning and they did it! It does not smell. I couldn't believe it. The dogs now have a dog gate and they will never touch the rug... I had my home's rugs cleaned last week for the first time by Stein. They turned out great! I have a large dog and the rug was pretty brown in places due to dirt and it's body oils. Luckily no urine... I had my home's rugs cleaned last week for the first time by Stein. They turned out great! I have a large dog and the rug was pretty brown in places due to dirt and it's body oils. Luckily no urine or other nastiness to deal with. I will use these guys again and recommend them without reservation.

My 3 large rugs and 1 small rug now look & smell as good as new. Overtime you just forget what the true colors were as dust and sun and foot traffic take their toll. A good cleaning later from a... Their estimate was the most reasonable of any that we got. The rug had bad fringes which they repaired to look like new! The communication with the owner was excellent. We will always bring our rugs back here for cleaning and repair. I would highly recommend this company!

Just WOW! I am here to tell you that Stein rug cleaning are tiptop notch! Seriously, they cleaned my wool/cashmere area rug and was super skeptical about the cleaning. Very glad I found these guys.
