I've turned in everything from Tibetan, Bokhara, Turkish, Pakistani, 'Stan tribal -they've handled them all wonderfully. I FULLY trust them with my antique and delicate silks as well -they've handles all of the spots too from pets, wine, kids. I'll never go anywhere else.

It is a big 10 x 14 rug, so they agreed to come pick it up. After about 15 days they delivered my rug back and I was so impressed. The cleaning and washing brought the rug back to life! The colors are so vibrant now and it feels so soft. If you're thinking on where to take your rugs, definitely go with Stein rug cleaning.

Fabulous service. I called, scheduled, a fine young man named Avi notified me he was on his way, showed up, answered questions, rolled up and took the rug. About 3 weeks later the same guy notified... Fabulous service. I called, scheduled, a fine young man named Avi notified me he was on his way, showed up, answered questions, rolled up and took the rug. About 3 weeks later the same guy notified me that he was on his way, showed up, unrolled a clean rug and went on his way. I couldn't be happier.
