We had a Karastan rug cleaned and repaired by Stein rug specialists and they did a wonderful job. They gave us a quick and accurate estimate upfront. Their estimate was the most reasonable of any that we got. The rug had bad fringes which they repaired to look like new! The communication with the owner was excellent. We will always bring our rugs back here for cleaning and repair. I would highly recommend this company!
