Great, fast, polite. They pick up and drop off. It's not cheapest option but also not the most expensive one, but I will definitely use in the future. Strong communication. I purchased an 8x10 rug from a flea market without giving the rug a thorough vet for cleanliness or stains. Turned out, there was a huge stain that had roughened a corner of the area. theirs work... Just recently had 2 large Moroccan rugs cleaned by Stein Rug Cleaning and Repair and very pleased with the service and the quality of their work. Price is also pretty affordable compared to other... Price is also pretty affordable compared to other places in the area I received quotes from. They also do pick up and delivery, which is a plus. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and reasonably priced, Stein Rug Cleaning provides excellent service and outstanding results. Our 5x7 wool rug looks like new. Terrific! So happy with Mr. Stein's excellent work. Our large rugs have had heavy use and a number of doggy accidents over the years! They restored and cleaned~better than I could ever imagine!... Just had my two carpets back from cleaning by this wonderful company. One of the rugs was badly stained, and neither had been cleaned in over ten years. They moved and replaced all my furniture... Just had my two carpets back from cleaning by this wonderful company. One of the rugs was badly stained, and neither had been cleaned in over ten years. They moved and replaced all my furniture until everything was just perfect. It pays to deal with the best!

We are thrilled. First, the rug looks wonderful and they professionally refringed the rug(we ordered it). It looks like new. We really think that the two men who did the work for us were terrific.... They were the ones who picked up and delivered. They love what they do, positive and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are great to do business with if you want cleaning or repairing an oriental rug.
