I just had my large Karastan area rug cleaned by Stein rug and I can't say enough nice things about the experience! These guys did a wonderful job of cleaning the rug and were so helpful along the... I just had my large Karastan area rug cleaned by Stein rug and I can't say enough nice things about the experience! These guys did a wonderful job of cleaning the rug and were so helpful along the way, answering questions, working with my schedule for pick up and return, as well as being incredibly nice about repositioning the rug and my furniture in my home once cleaned. Customer service like the old days, only even better!

I was like blown away lol they are very nice, responsive, friendly, and oh did I mention...our rugs turned out GREAT! We have three dogs and you would never know. I was completely blown away by how... I was like blown away lol they are very nice, responsive, friendly, and oh did I mention...our rugs turned out GREAT! We have three dogs and you would never know. I was completely blown away by how clean they came back, the smelled good, and you seemed much brighter than I remember lol I would totally recommend these guys to anyone!

I need to get some repair work done as well as a cleaning on a 50-year-old Karastan rug. As other firms mentioned that while they did cleaning, they generally sent repairs to K Blatchford's, I... I need to get some repair work done as well as a cleaning on a 50-year-old Karastan rug. As other firms mentioned that while they did cleaning, they generally sent repairs to K Blatchford's, I decided to go straight to Stein rug cleaning and repair. The communication was great and the staff knowledgeable.

Fabulous work. Our modern style -wool area rug is clean and fresh. The household Pomeranian had a couple accidents on it and it needed a deep cleaning. I am so happy we found Stein, he is a rug... They are experienced, efficient and knowledgeable, and returned our rug within 2 weeks, looking like new. They were able to give us information about our carpet that we had not known before. They... They are experienced, efficient and knowledgeable, and returned our rug within 2 weeks, looking like new. They were able to give us information about our carpet that we had not known before. They moved and replaced heavy furniture and took great care in positioning the rug when it was returned. We are beyond pleased with the job they did, and would recommend Stein rug cleaning to anyone who needs fine rug cleaning.
