These guys are awesome. Professional service right at your home.... they will come to your home to take rugs, clean them than deliver and put them back in your home. Rugs were clean and returned in... These guys are awesome. Professional service right at your home.... they will come to your home to take rugs, clean them than deliver and put them back in your home. Rugs were clean and returned in same / excellent condition. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended! nice people.

Stein did a fantastic job on our family room rug. It was well loved, and it hadn't been cleaned in 9 years. It had stains I was sure would not come out. I'm happy to say that they did such a good... I'm happy to say that they did such a good job, I feel as if I have a new rug! Not only is it clean, it also feels sort of fluffier, underfoot. Highly recommended.

My wool rug, which had been rolled up and stored for a year, came out exquisite after they cleaned it. Not only do they do an extraordinary job of cleaning and restoring rugs, but they also deal with their customers in a caring, professional and personal manner. On a scale of one to five, I give Stein rug a ten!

I was gifted a 20 year old rug from my parents. It was made in Iran and is gorgeous but it reeked of dog urine that was many years old . We had it professionally cleaned elsewhere and it still... We had it professionally cleaned elsewhere and it still smelled awful. We were ready to give up on it but a friend referred me to Stein rug cleaning. I was doubtful but I'm so happy that my rug was saved! It's unbelievable that the smell is completely gone and the rug is restored!

It rarely happens that a business greatly exceeds your expectations and makes you want to come back time and time again. That coupled with a friendly and supportive, not to mention highly... It rarely happens that a business greatly exceeds your expectations and makes you want to come back time and time again. That coupled with a friendly and supportive, not to mention highly professional, attitude to customer service puts them on the top of the companies that do this kind of work. Besides cleaning, they also perform repair and stabilization work for old pieces. Highly recommend Stein! Nice Job!

I highly recommend this outstanding company even to those who get their rugs cleaned by carpet cleaners. I had my rugs cleaned annually, but carpet cleaners and rug pads and wood floors don't always... I highly recommend this outstanding company even to those who get their rugs cleaned by carpet cleaners. I had my rugs cleaned annually, but carpet cleaners and rug pads and wood floors don't always work well together. The floor was damaged underneath the rug pad when the rugs were originally removed.

We also purchased the best rug pads from them. No it wasn't all inexpensive, but it was an outstanding investment in our home. The rug pads will last for many years and won't damage our newly refinished wood floors.

I went here after a burst pipe soaked our wool oriental rug. They not only were able to get the smell out but even some older pet stains that I had given up on. Very friendly staff and I felt the... They took such excellent care of my antique rugs, including repairs and preparing the more fragile ones so that I can hang them on the wall. I really appreciate their expertise, attention to detail...
