Was really content to throw the rug away, it looked that gross but the performed a miracle at a price that was lower by far than any competitor. Would and will definitely go back.

This place saved a family rug that was on its last threads. Honestly I have no idea how they could bring back this much color, but they did, and at what I consider a super low/reasonable cost.... So I had 2 rugs that needed to be cleaned and they did a great job on both of them which were heavily soiled from foot traffic. I dropped both off, and got a cool discount for dropping off and... I was about to throw out my white wool rug because it was so matted down and dirty, reached out to them as a last ditch attempt. Was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price! My rug now has a... My rug now has a new lease on life, it's bright and fluffy, I'm so happy with finding them and I wish I had more rugs to rejuvenate!
