There was no information on the website about how the item would come delivered, and if additional help would be needed to move it inside. It came in one huge piece that couldn't be moved by and,... There was no information on the website about how the item would come delivered, and if additional help would be needed to move it inside. It came in one huge piece that couldn't be moved by and, and I had to contact a moving company last-minute to move it in through the window with a lift.
Then I discovereed that tghe item came damaged.
The support was helpful and courteous at least. But overall it's not been a very good experience, especially given the high price of the item.

Sohome heeft een goede duidelijke en overzichtelijke website met mooie afbeeldingen. Op de website staan mooie sfeerfoto’s zo krijg je een goed beeld van het product. Na bestelling werd het product... Sohome heeft een goede duidelijke en overzichtelijke website met mooie afbeeldingen. Op de website staan mooie sfeerfoto’s zo krijg je een goed beeld van het product. Na bestelling werd het product snel geleverd. De afleverdatum kon je zelf bepalen met de transporteur en die houdt je goed op de hoogte op welk tijdstip je hem kan verwachten. Kortom echt een aanrader!

Makkelijk besteld snel geleverd. Goede kwaliteit tafel en erg goed verpakt. De levering was op tijd. Onthoud wel dat de poot niet door elke deur past dit is een grote doos :)

De tafel is iets hoger dan onze oude tafel (vergeten te meten :) maar dit kwam perfect uit. Kinderstoel past er top onder.
