Great experience , except they said it will come waxed and doesn't seem waxed at all because the sticker was still on ....the shipment was very quick. If u need a board in a hurry don't hesitate.

After reminder dleivery was handled quickly, got upgraded product for the same price instead of originally ordered

Had issues in the beginning with my order arriving damaged, but once I got into consistent contact with Rik the issue was promptly resolved and i received a replacement in a few days

The shipping box could've been better, maybe with some goodies too.

The item they sent me was supposed to be returned to them from customs, and I told them they needed to process the refund while it was still in transit. I suddenly realized they haven't refunded me for three months. It's unbelievable they're not refunding me for something that's not my responsibility. Are you trying to steal my £500?

It’s now been 22 days since ordering, I haven’t recieved my parcel, I haven’t received contact from sideways for a week even though I was told I would be contacted the next day I’m £400 out of pocket with no trace of my money being returned to me as I’m being ignored, I have sent countless emails with no answer.
