HORRIBLE
I don't recommend it to anyone. It's like SCAM.. Looks like this I placed order few weeks ago. But its to small so want to return it. But I didn't get any order confirmation, no order number. And return program (link) is not working when I enter my mail and order number - it says order not found. I tried contact with seller around 20 times by mail, chat system, I called. 2 WEEEKS. But they didn't answer about my problem at all. So I can't return my order. I don't believe there are real Neatherlands.. I ordered new products from Warehouse one from Germany. With many recommendations and best review
I ordered snowboard bindings and boots three weeks ago and received no delivery, no tracking information, and no meaningful communication. After multiple follow-up emails, I was eventually told that my order had been cancelled. This cancellation was done without my request or any prior notification. I had received only a partial refund, which does not match the value of either of the items ordered, and further emails have gone unanswered. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company. It is worth spending more and purchasing from a reliable retailer that communicates properly and fulfils orders as agreed.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. There is no possibility to contact this company and get some answers. It's also not possible to get your order since I am waiting for almost a month. Scammers who made me believe they send order the next day. No money, no package, no contact just terrible experience.
If you are nor a fan of waiting forever for your package, getting no updates, no answers for your emails- AVOID. Placed my order 27.11 and still don have it (17.12). No updates, no contact. And no equipment for my upcoming Christmas trip. Terrible service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I placed my order two weeks ago and have not received any response despite multiple attempts to contact them. I’ve tried all available channels. email, chat, and the contact form, without success. Two weeks is already a reasonable amount of time to wait. With the Christmas holidays starting next week and a planned trip coming up, it’s unlikely the board will arrive in time. At this point, I’ll need to look for an alternative solution

It's been almost two weeks since I placed and paid my order, and I still haven't received any tracking information. I haven't got any response to my emails, Instagram DM, or calls. I’ve also tried using the online chat option, only to get ‚seen‘ and no response either. I don’t understand how it’s possible not to inform your customers about the status of their order for such a long period of time. It’s highly unprofessional. Can you please let me know if my winter gear will be shipped any soon? I don’t want the order to be cancelled and refunded, as I had to pay for it in a different currency and I genuinely want the item… :(
