Excellent, i bought a new snowboard, bindings and snowboots. They all fit and matched amazing. I got exactly what i wanted to try. I found out my board was a little bit to stiff, so ill be switching next year for something more flexible, overall 9/10!

Everything was fine!
The AI generated translations on your page (and everywhere else) are terrible. Please don't use methods that are just lazy and underestimating the customer. Other than that, my experience was as expected.

Ordering process was streamlined and items very well packaged. However, a small card board package containing burton hardware (nuts) was separated from the board during transport, looked like it was originally held by some small adhesive strip. I was very close to accidentally throwing away that small package with rest of the card board package materials, not knowing it was included with the board.

I bought the Nidecker Supermatic LT, awesome bindings, easy step in, responsive and it saves a lot of time strapping in. On the first day my highback broke without a reason, and local shops did not have spare parts. The put on a donor highback, so my first impression wasn't very good. After the holiday I sent an email to sideways. They immediately took action and had a replacement highback sent to my home address. Perfect service!
