Well, the prices may be good, but the customer service is really disappointing and unfortunately, that’s often what defines the whole experience. I placed my order on 28.11, and as of today 09.12 it still hasn’t been shipped. No updates, no communication, and almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. You proudly state on your website that orders are shipped the same or next day, and I completely understand that the Black Friday period is busy, I’ve tried to be patient, but I have a snowboarding trip coming up soon, and this is equipment I actually need for it. The chat function is turned off, there’s no phone number to quickly check the status, and emails go unanswered. Seriously?

I purchased nidecker blade plus snowboard with flow nx2 bindings (almost 800E in total). It's has been more than 1.5 wks since the purchase, contact with the company got broken 1wk ago (nobody answers my emails any longer). Tracking id I got is dead. No equipment, no money, looks like a scam.

Hi guys, What an awful customer experience !!! I got a 815 € order paid on November the 29th. No follow up after a simple automatically transactionnal email. 3 unanswered emails and still don’t have any news about shipping (I was supposed to receive my material 6 or 8 days ago !!!! Today I’m calling my bank, then my lawyer. To see how I get my money back. Maybe snowboard.fr is just a scam 🤯
