Well, the prices may be good, but the customer service is really disappointing and unfortunately, that’s often what defines the whole experience. I placed my order on 28.11, and as of today 09.12 it still hasn’t been shipped. No updates, no communication, and almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. You proudly state on your website that orders are shipped the same or next day, and I completely understand that the Black Friday period is busy, I’ve tried to be patient, but I have a snowboarding trip coming up soon, and this is equipment I actually need for it. The chat function is turned off, there’s no phone number to quickly check the status, and emails go unanswered. Seriously?
