Terrible customer service experience. Ordered some equipment and then immediately cancelled the order because I wanted to get something else. They ended up finally returning my message 2 days later after everything was shipped and didn't address my concern at all and told me I need to pay to return the products now. Shop on Blue Tomato or Freshfamr.it These guys sucks.
Best price, quick shipping. Only issue is your shipping partner uses PostNord for delivery in Sweden. PostNord sucks hard but that’s not your fault.

Outstanding. I bought a snowboard that was supposed to be delivered waxed. This wasn't the case, but I received a €15 refund for having the board waxed myself. It was a mistake at the depot, which was resolved quickly.

I ordered Nidecker bindings via online shop and everything went as promised - shipped to Poland the same day afternoon and arrived after 2 days, additionally Arno answered quickly all my questions via chat - great service at all !
