After days of waiting 24+ hours for responses, I frantically submitted an inquiry, not realizing the ASG website was the site I had been working off of trying to get an idea of budget, where to stay, how long to stay, etc. Within 2 minutes of submitting the inquiry I had an email response and within 10 minutes I received a call from Radhika. After explaining the situation to Radhika, she kindly asked if she could look into some things and call me back. She did so within 10 minutes! Within an hour of our second phone call I had complete proposals outlining the different lodges we were considering. Radhika then helped with all of our inter-Africa flights and referred me to the flights department. This entire process has been so seamless and stress free. I had our entire trip and itinerary booked within 24 hours! Radhika has been an absolute G-dsend! Her clear communication, patience, kindness, calm phone demeanor, and absolute accessibility have turned this entire process around! Radhika has gone so far as to check-in daily ensuring nothing is overlooked. I will gladly use ASG (Radhika) in the future as well as recommend this group and the lovely people I have had the opportunity to work with to anyone I know looking to book a safari! I cannot thank Radhika enough for her tremendous help.

From the very beginning, she was responsive, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for in order to make our honeymoon trip what we wanted. The process and all of the travel and transportation was seamless with her help and everything exceeded our expectations. She was amazing to work with and we had the trip of a lifetime!
