She was easy to communicate with via email/phone/WhatsApp, quick to reply, and really listened to what we were looking for in a safari. When planning such a big trip, the details really matter, and we appreciate Gaynor's attention to even small things (including confirming a property we were interested in had giraffes... the top of my kids' safari wishlists!). Every detail felt carefully thought out, from the accommodations to the day to day itinerary, which took us through several regions of South Africa without a single hiccup. Everything ran smoothly and flowed naturally from one destination to the next. We traveled with our 7 year old, and it was clear real consideration had gone into making the trip work well for a family with a young child. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Whenever we had questions or needed help along the way, support was quick, personal, and genuinely useful, which made the whole trip feel effortless.
