Vanessa was extremely responsive even though we have a 10 hour time zone difference. She was responsive to our requests and even when we didn't like one of her choices for lodging, she quickly found another more suitable to what we wanted. She also remembered some of my personal preferences and made those requests for me.
Of course, we have not stayed at any of the lodgings yet as the trip is in the future, but we enjoyed working with this travel company.

I'm a frequent traveller and usually book my holidays on my own; I was therefore all the more so particularly impressed about the good service provided. Nanette, the agent who contacted me, was always accessible and, what's more, it seems to me that she really tries to help and cares about me as a client beyond making money. There was a special situation due to COVID19 in Europe, she contacted the lodge and postponed the whole trip with great flexibility. I feel in good hands.
