Her knowledge was invaluable and she had the patience of a saint as I changed my mind several times. She advised me to include the very different and diverse terrain and game profile of Pafuri at the very top end of the Kruger, adding a different dimension to the trip. She also had great knowledge of distances and realistic travel times between camps so that we could enjoy many aspects of the park without putting ourselves under any time pressure. Vanessa also arranged our vehicle hire and very suitable flight options in and out of teo different airports to maximise our time in the park. We were planning our trip on EXTREMELY short notice, and...Our experience has been fantastic! From the first time we reached out with an inquiry, every question has been answered and every need met. We were planning our trip on EXTREMELY short notice, and from a very different time zone, and NICOLE has helped us plan every detail, book flights, make tour arrangements, and in general, made our trip to South Africa possible. We haven't gone on our safari yet, but we are very much looking forward to it, as the planning has been very easy.
