Great booking experience. Nicole Spedding was great to deal with and we are now really looking forward to what promises to be an amazing Safari later this year. Very helpful on advice on flight transfers etc and offered us some great options for the Safari.

Lauren from African Group was great to deal with from our very first contact. Her knowledge of the resorts was great and this helped to me to put into perspective the price paid and the services offered for each each of the resorts we considered. Even when we were finally tossing up between two resorts she provided you with all the information especially the positive facts and let you make the choice. Throughout our dealing at no point did Lauren pressurise me into making a decision which is one of the the first things that put me off a company. In fact her service was so good I felt like I had to take this trip otherwise I would have been very dissappointed that I did not support her. Also when we ask for a better deal she went worked hard and got us an even better deal than we requested. I will definitely refer my acquaintances to deal with her when looking to visit the bush.

I engaged Heidi from the African Safari Group to help me book 2 safaris. I had never visited Africa and was getting overwhelmed with all the options available online, so I relied on Heidi to provide me with recommendations. We had so many requirements, yet Heidi was so patient taking in our brief and coming back to us with some amazing options. Her expertise was invaluable, and she even went out of her way to obtain expertise from other colleagues who were able to provide guidance when Heidi was not able. All up Heidi made our booking experience so much easier, and we feel a lot more confident travelling to Africa knowing we have her local support when we are there.

Absolutely superb! I struggle to see how Tracey could have been any more helpful, professional or communicative. From my first contact with ASG through to making a booking, the entire process was incredibly smooth and completely trouble free. Tracey was supremely helpful in every way possible and made everything very straight forwards. Unlike with some other agencies I have been dealing with, I never once felt under any pressure to make a booking and this was a key factor in my booking. The post booking communication has also been superb and I cannot wait to get in country.

Absolutely unbelievably good service from start to finish. When I first contacted African Safari Group, James Stabler was OUTSTANDING. He talked me through all the options for our very special retirement safari and then put a travel plan into place. This involved transfers from lodges, flights and car hire. Everything was clearly laid out, costed and exactly as promised. James sorted EVERYTHING and was always available for questions and ready with good advice. Each step of our amazing safari ran super smoothly and James was in constant contact to remind us of the next step and then checking that all was well with transfers, flights and car hire etc. It was SO, SO reassuring to have his personalised, expert service making sure that every aspect of our trip ran smoothly and always there with immediate responses to any questions. To be honest, as experienced travellers we have never met this standard of service from start to finish. Our African adventure was AMAZING.
