I think Romy provided exceptional service. She genuinely listened to our priorities and preferences. She helped lessen the stress of choosing from what seemed like endless options. Based on our criteria she narrowed down our options to a just a handful that checked all the boxes we were looking for. She was extremely prompt in replying. She was very attentive. I was very impressed. It never felt high pressure. It just felt helpful.

Gaynor was amazing. We ended up not picking a holiday this time but not to her fault. She was attentative and found exactly what we needed to our budget, just timing on our end was at fault!

We didn't make a reservation through ASG but that was due to a change of plans and had nothing to do with their services. Chris was extremely helpful and serviceminded. He followed up quickly and gave a very good impression. I will definitely contact him the next time I will come to SA.

Had Tracy-Lee help us organise our lodging in Kruger. She was extremely helpful and took the time to walk us through all our options. We are looking forward to our holiday!

I would highly recommend usu Yvette at African Safari Group to organise a safari. Nothing was too much trouble and she was highly professional. We were always kept in the loop and all communication was prompt and clear. She took the time to listen and amend the plans to suit our needs. I dealt with Rudi ,the service and the professionalism that Rudi gave was 5 star .I was planning a Safari trip in January 2027.With in 24 hours 7 options landed in my email account. I have been working (if you can call it that; it's been more like playing) with Chris van der Walt, who suggested that I call him "that bloke in South Africa who somehow became part of the trip before the trip had even happened." And so it was and is. Chris has been a delight to work with. I usually do my own trip planning, but I am sure we will have a better trip for having worked with him. I would not hesitate to book with ASG again.
