I’ve been working with Shanel for a few weeks and it has been nothing, but a positive experience! She was incredibly patient while I made changes and was worked with me around the clock to build the perfect itinerary. We customized our trip to exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t have done it without Shanel!

During the planning stage, Suné has been amazingly quick, efficient and intuitive. We feel confident that it's going to be a great experience.

Tracey was lovely to liaise with! She was very prompt at answering questions as well as super helpful and accommodating in finding out additional information about several lodges. Highly recommend, looking forward to the trip!

I had a wonderful experience with Tracey Robinson service. She explained everything clearly and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. It actually took us several days almost a full week to decide on the safari location I would choose with my partner, and she never rushed us. She gave us multiple options, answered all our questions, and guided us step by step with so much patience and professionalism. She was truly amazing. We haven’t done the safari yet, it will only happen in June this year, but so far I only have great things to say about this company. I’m very happy with the customer service, the entire process, and the prices offered. I highly recommend them and would definitely suggest their service to anyone planning a safari.

Whole experience booking was great. From the first message with Romy she was always extremely responsive and willing to help. She initially offered two lodges, however, did not stop there and continued to follow up with more options after showing how much effort went into the planning. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her advice made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Really appreciated the patience, honesty and support throughout and I highly recommend working with her!

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Henry did a fabulous job laying out our safari options and we were incredibly happy with all aspects of our trip. I'd highly recommend Henry (and we did as friends have already booked 2 safaris with him) and all those we dealt with at the company.

I had a great experience with Suni in the planning of our first safari. She was able to find camps in Sabi Sands and Timbavati within our preferences. The amazing part is her quick response and success finding itineraries. I also love the portal access with all the information needed in one place. Only glitch was in processing payment using the Turnstay platform. I wasn't surprised since I've experienced this difficultly in other countries and foreign transactions.

Christie really listened to learn what kind of experience we want and what our preferences are. She selected lodging and logistics options that have us counting down the days until our trip. We’re wowed and grateful.
