In één woord ......."GEWELDIG". Geen ingewikkelde papieren. Alles is in de prijs inbegrepen en zeker ook belangrijk..... vriendelijk!! We gaven aan wat we wilde gaan doen, en ze namen uitgebreid de tijd om ons van advies te voldoen. Zéker een verhuurbedrijf die ik adviseer.

Making a reservation was easy, but the vehicle and the way I was treated by the representative was horrible. First of all, regardless what their web page states, they told me that the only car that they rent for one day is a Toyota Land Rover. Next, don't believe the pictures on the website. They show a nice pristine Land Rover. What we received was a 2008 Land Rover in rough shape and with no working A/C and no where to plug in our mobile devices to keep them recharged. Since we needed at least one device to use GPS & maps for directions, this is s critical feature. When I mentioned to the representative (I do not remember his name, but he & his wife of 30? years met the group at the pier) that the A/C was not working, he laughed very loudly and said, "Well, I guess you'll be riding with the windows open!" I mentioned the high heat and then he said, "Don't worry about it. I'll call the mechanic and he'll meet you. Don't worry, we'll come to you." By his demeanor and the tone of his voice, I knew that he was being insincere. He didn't offer another vehicle or a discount. He lied to me. That was yesterday. I still have not heard from a mechanic. The vehicle handled poorly and pulled strongly to the left when I had to press the brakes. On an 86°F day with high humidity, riding around without A/C is not fun, especially when someone in your group suffers with health issues. If you decide to rent from this company, DO NOT HAND OVER ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU COMPLETELY CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE. You've been warned. I do not recommend this company. Not only was the vehicle a piece of crap, but we rented a MUCH nicer and larger vehicle on Aruba the day before at almost a third of the price. $95 vs $175. These places on Bonaire have crazy high prices.

Without a doubt, the best option for a single day rental at the cruise port. The team met us at the entrance to the pier and we were escorted to the car. The Land Rover was perfect for cruising around the island and we gleefully left the flotilla of golf carts in our dust (going the speed limit of course). Everything worked including the air conditioning! Look no further for your car rental needs than Royal.

Rental was smooth to make online. Excellent Customer Service provided by owner, when they met me at the cruise port in Bonaire for 1 day rental of Land Rover. They were very kind, helpful and clear in their communications. Only down side was the Land Rover appeared somewhat older, cracked dash and was told not to lock it when we weren't in it for fear of theirs breaking windows. Cracked dash didn't affect our drive, but it was surprising based on the price paid. I plan to be back in Bonaire in December 2024 and will need a 1 day rental again. I will consider Royal again as I wasn't disappointed. The Land Rover allowed us to enjoy the beautiful island for a full day/night without issue. The A/C worked, so that was fabulous, as it was super hot. I would recommend Royal.

Prima ervaring. Snel en makkelijk contact. En een prima auto voor de wegen hier op Bonaire. Zou hier de volgende keer zo weer een auto huren.

Super positieve ervaring! Goede communicatie en je word snel geholpen. Daarnaast hele fijne auto die er goed uit zag.

Het afleveren van de auto en het weer terugzetten op het vliegveld ging allemaal heel vertrouwelijk en vriendelijk. De auto was in prima staat. Dus allemaal een dikke 10

Erg fijn bedrijf met super service, we hadden een lekke band bij de mangrove en binnen 45min lag er een nieuwe band op en konden we weer verder! Top geregeld, Wij gaan hier zeker vaker auto’s huren in de toekomst! Gr Ron Lemmerling

Om op Bonaire in een mooie luxe luchtgeveerde van alle gemakken voorzien Range Rover Voque te rijden over de bumby roads van Bonaire is een geweldige ervaring. Alle kids gaan erin, vrouw happy en luxe strandstoeljes in de achterbak om overal even te kunnen ziten en te genieten van de geweldige stranden op dit eiland. Top breng en haal service door de eigenaar. Altijd op en top service en nog eens zakelijk kunnen boeken :-). Volgende keer voor ij weer een mooie Range Rover

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en super geregeld.

Uitstekende service, 2 auto's stonden al klaar bij de accommodatie. Toen 1 auto een defect6 vertoonde werd die onmiddellijk omgeruild voor een andere....Chapeau!!!

Ik heb een erg prettige ervaring gehad met Royal Car Rental! Alles was erg aangenaam en de medewerkers waren allemaal erg aardig!! En behulpzaam!
