She introduced me to the history of your company’s establishment, your diamond mining and production processes, and allowed me to observe the jewelers at work, expertly polishing the facets of the diamonds. She also showed me the various sizes of diamonds and provided advice on their quality, size, color, and more to help evaluate the value of each type. I sincerely thank your company for allowing me to learn about how you operate, from the mining, production, to the quality assessment of the products, as a leading company in the world’s diamond production industry.

The people were inviting and good to deal with. I was there close to their closing time and we were going to be leaving Amsterdam the next morning. The went out of their way to size a ring right... The people were inviting and good to deal with. I was there close to their closing time and we were going to be leaving Amsterdam the next morning. It can only be described as Brilliant. It started off with the free tour with time afterwards to look at the products for sale and there was no pressure to buy anything. A piece caught my eye and... It can only be described as Brilliant. It started off with the free tour with time afterwards to look at the products for sale and there was no pressure to buy anything. A piece caught my eye and the young lady assisting me could not have been more helpful. Time was taken to ensure that I had the perfect fit for my finger and indeed the ring was sent to the workshop there and then to have it correctly sized for me. Fantastic service all round.
