was a good experience with very good people. only gave it 4 stars because a mistake was made on the size of the ring I purchased for my wife. when i picked out the ring I requested it in a 7-1/2 . When i arrived at the hotel an hour later I was surprised to find out that it was a size smaller then asked for. At that point it was to late to return to the store and it was closed. Our plane was leaving early the next morning so there was no way I could make it back to the store to try and correct the problem. I do not blame the store as they were very good. I blame myself for not double checking and we were all in a hurry to get the transaction completed. I then brought the ring to a local jeweler to be corrected to the tune of $208.00. I thought even thought the mistake was made the salesman was very good and gracious and i am sure would have corrected the situation if I had been able to return to the store

Perfect in every way. Danielle and Angela couldn't have been more helpful, both with their advice and time. They made creating my ring a very enjoyable and special experience. I will be forever grateful.
