Excellent customer service

My husband and I stumbled upon this store while walking the streets. We had no idea about the history of Coster until our diamond specialist, Eliana, told us. She also told me that I could personalize a ring if I didn’t find one I loved and they could have it done within 20 minutes! Eliana spent almost 3 hours with us and helped me create the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen!! I felt so lucky to have been paired up with her. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and such fun to chat with. She is very good at what she does. We are going home to The United States with a great story.

We had a great fun tour with Sang, very informative and he was m patient while we chose our jewellery (there was no pressure to buy).

We actually wanted to buy a Rolex Lady Datejust at the local Rolex store. I will not describe our shopping experience there in order to avoid being hit with a defamation suit... Fortunately, our experience at Royal Coster was the exact opposite. Ms Angela El Kaid welcomed us warmly, patiently showed us several options from the vast range of Longines watches, advised on their styles and function and how they met the expectations of the recipients. We returned a day later to finalise the purchase and couldn't resist buying a beautiful diamond necklace in addition.
