I recently saw a beautiful watch by Frederic Constant offered on the Coster Diamant website. After paying, I was able to pick it up quickly and received a friendly welcome in Amsterdam.

The necklace I ordered wasn't quite what I was looking for. Customer service offered a return and provided a full refund, including the shipping costs. It’s a pity it didn’t work out this time, but kudos to Coster for the excellent way they handled this.

As usual, it was pleasant. From reception till exit, the staff were nice and helpful. The attending sales person, Simon, was very patient and informative about what to buy. Happy customer here.
