Walked into this diamond store in Europe just for a quick educational demo on how diamonds are cut, no plans to buy anything. Then, unexpectedly, I was shown a Rolex GMT “Sprite,” a piece I’ve been waiting for years back in the US due to long waitlists. With only about 10 minutes before our bus left, the purchase was quick but surprisingly smooth. The negotiation was fair, the process efficient, and the experience felt elevated especially when they brought out wine, chocolates, and cookies after I mentioned the usual US boutique treatment.

We very going to visit the factory museum, but missed the door. Lady invited us to the shop as we had about half an hour till the museum tour started.
