We very going to visit the factory museum, but missed the door. Lady invited us to the shop as we had about half an hour till the museum tour started. She guided us around, we were talking about jewelleries. Well, we ended up with a champain and beautiful pendant. We had very nice experience with the Royal Coster Diamonds. Thank you very much!

The visit to your company was very interesting and informative. I bought a piece of jewelry that I will give to my wife later, so I don't know yet what her reaction will be. :-) Perhaps just a small note: The manager who attended to us was very pleasant and informal. When we made the purchase, he promised a 10 to 15% discount. However, before the end of the session, he was called away and a second one came, who was no longer so assertive. When I asked about the discount, he only said that it only applies to a few specific pieces of jewelry and not to the pendant that I chose. I can't judge whether he was telling the truth.
