We were treated with respect during our visit. However, some of the information provided to us appears difficult to verify. For example, we were told that you still supply diamonds to the royal family and that the diamond I purchased is of exceptional quality, ranking among the top 1% of diamonds each year. Furthermore, after comparing the price of my ring with Tiffany & Co. rings of similar diamond quality and size, I have serious concerns that I may have paid significantly more than its fair market value.

We had a lovely visit with Monique. She was informative, friendly and not pushy. We ended up purchasing a beautiful diamond and had it set in a ring so it could be worn right away. What a great momento of our trip along with a handsome watch my husband will actually wear.

Love my watch unfortunately it feels tight and because I was in a tour had to leave without trying . I suggest you have a soft measuring tape to find the best fit .

A very heartly welcome followed by an really supporting advice given by our Advisor Ms. Chie Ichihara unterstanding perfectly what we wanted. We were looking for both an upgrade for the diamond as the setting we brought with us, and both were satisfied perfectly.
