Monique is a super star, there's just no doubt about it.

I have worked with Monique so far, and I believe she is excellent at her job. She consistently understands my needs and is able to advise me on houses that truly match what I am looking for. She is very easy‑going, flexible, and has a strong ability to understand different situations while remaining solution‑oriented. During my checkout process, I also experienced other services that were not directly related to Monique. However, even when matters were outside her responsibility, she was the one who stepped in and proposed a solution. This clearly shows her sense of ownership and commitment. I strongly believe that RA’s value as a company increases thanks to Monique’s presence and her active involvement.

Renting my house

Rotterdam Apartments manages my apartment and all contacts with the tenants, as well as all administration related. I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

The best!

Very professional

Amazing

Try to be fast but not correct in many cases with many mistakes and miscommunications. Had to ping pong so many emails to resolve one small thing such as wrong invoice. WRT invoices, it is terrible.

Agent Monique was wonderful- So friendly, courteous, conscientious, considerate, empathetic, and funny too- exceptional people skills. Such a pleasure to deal with. She's great! I can't say enough good thing about her and Rotterdam Apartments- Thank you
