I have worked with Monique so far, and I believe she is excellent at her job. She consistently understands my needs and is able to advise me on houses that truly match what I am looking for. She is very easy‑going, flexible, and has a strong ability to understand different situations while remaining solution‑oriented. During my checkout process, I also experienced other services that were not directly related to Monique. However, even when matters were outside her responsibility, she was the one who stepped in and proposed a solution. This clearly shows her sense of ownership and commitment. I strongly believe that RA’s value as a company increases thanks to Monique’s presence and her active involvement.

- Deposit payment process needs to be improved. There I worked with Tsveta. I dont know the process. But I was able to get deposit back 3 weeks later. The aligned timeline was 2 weeks. RA does not follow this process at all with landlord. and They dont even check if it is paid or not.
