Ik ben ontzettend blij dat ik mij heb aangemeld bij Rentbird. Hierdoor kun je zo snel mogelijk op alle woningen reageren in jouw zoekgebied. Ik heb een huis gevonden binnen een maand.

They do not offer anything of any value for most people. ALL the adverts they forward you are openly available without paying them anything. Also, If you dont make 4,5x the rent of these places (what kind of id*ot RENTS with a salary of €7-8000???) you will not actually be able to apply for any of the available rentals they send you. Housing agencies are set up for €4-500 euro per month social housing, not for €1500 open market housing, which makes the 4,5x demand so incredibly ridiculous. Unless you are in the social housing scheme or cant use the internet yourself, stay away, it is a waste of money. At least they refunded me (still pending) when I asked them to, I guess that is something, so ** instead of *. UPDATE: No Rentbird, I have fully understood your "service" and I am telling other users that you do not represent any form of value, since all the ads you send can be found just as easily and quickly as from your emails. Also, ALL of these ads require the tenant to make 3 or 4 times the rent in salary. When the rent is 1500 euros or mnore that means you have to make up to 6000-7000 euros per month to even be eligible to apply. This is a level of pay FAR FAR out of reach for almost everyone. And your emails do not take this into consideration, so that all the emails you receive will not be even e little bit useful, as you will be denied as soon as you tell the agency about your salary. In short: Despite your feeble attempt at obfuscating the facts, I have completely understood your "service". I am calling it out as useless for 99,9% of the people out there. However, the refund is now received, thank you for that.

Je wordt goed en snel op de hoogte gehouden wanneer er een nieuwe woning op de markt komt. Jammer dat je 55+ woningen niet uit kan zetten. Je krijgt hier ook meldingen van. Ook al ben ik niet aan een woning gekomen via Rentbird, het doet wel wat het beloofd. Je wordt gemaild zodra er iets nieuws te vinden is. Echter vergroot het de kansen op een huurwoning in Nijmegen... Ook al ben ik niet aan een woning gekomen via Rentbird, het doet wel wat het beloofd. Echter vergroot het de kansen op een huurwoning in Nijmegen niet echt, aangezien de markt erg krap is en je het vooral van directe contacten moet hebben.

Via Rentbird heb ik tegen alle verwachtingen in op de valreep binnen vier maanden hèt perfecte huisje gevonden in Amsterdam. Ik kan mijn geluk niet op!! Van alle woningwebsites scant Rentbird niet... Van alle woningwebsites scant Rentbird niet alleen het aanbod het beste, maar zijn ze ook het snelst met de mailalerts. Het tarief van 16 euro per maand vind ik het dan ook meer dan waard. Zo is Rentbird bijvoorbeeld sneller met de mailalert van Pararius dan Pararius zelf. Een absolute aanrader. Rentbird bedankt!
