They do not offer anything of any value for most people. ALL the adverts they forward you are openly available without paying them anything. Pararius, Funda etc etc, these are all publicly available adverts. Also, If you dont make 4,5x the rent of these places (what kind of id*ot RENTS with a salary of €7-8000???) you will not actually be able to apply for any of the available rentals they send you. Housing agencies are set up for €4-500 euro per month social housing, not for €1500 open market housing, which makes the 4,5x demand so incredibly ridiculous. Unless you are in the social housing scheme or cant use the internet yourself, stay away, it is a waste of money. At least they refunded me (still pending) when I asked them to, I guess that is something, so ** instead of *. UPDATE: No Rentbird, I have fully understood your "service" and I am telling other users that you do not represent any form of value, since all the ads you send can be found just as easily and quickly as from your emails. Also, ALL of these ads require the tenant to make 3 or 4 times the rent in salary. When the rent is 1500 euros or mnore that means you have to make up to 6000-7000 euros per month to even be eligible to apply. This is a level of pay FAR FAR out of reach for almost everyone. And your emails do not take this into consideration, so that all the emails you receive will not be even e little bit useful, as you will be denied as soon as you tell the agency about your salary. In short: Despite your feeble attempt at obfuscating the facts, I have completely understood your "service". I am calling it out as useless for 99,9% of the people out there. However, the refund is now received, thank you for that.
