Even though Jacob was friendly , yet I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for an Engineer to come and put the Quooker right. I was without hot or cold water for all that duration. I felt if you can do without the Quooker for that length of time do I really need the equipment. The Engineer did come on the day and was very helpful and efficient. I would mark him 10 out of 10

It's been quite tricky to get your system to work properly. We have the full setup with boiling water and sparkling etc. We are thinking about getting a system for our other house.

So convenient, water is actually at boiling point so lovely hot tea, not like some that are less than boiling. Taste of filtered water, really clean and clear, hot drinks also taste better.
