The after care service is appalling. There’s no easy way to contact anybody. The Manchester telephone number gives you an option to talk to servicing… but nobody ever answers it! The dialling tone for that extension is continental. The website has a link that should allow you to send an email but clicking on this only opens up another google tab instead of a message template! Our Quooker tap needed two new tanks within a month of each other & we’ve only had the tap for one year!! This is a concern about any future repairs after the 2 year warranty expires!
