Had a new kitchen fitted with lots of shiny new appliances, worktops and space saving cupboards. As I tell everyone who visits, the Quooker is my favourite thing. Cup of tea in an instant. Boiling... Boiling water for pasta - hey presto. Splash of boiling water to clean pots, grill, oven tray - done.

For me the quooker is amazing. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and can no longer lift a kettle. So for me it is a life saver.And l tell everyone l know that they are the best Appliance ever... I need a replacement filter which now can ONLY be supplied by Quooker. To buy one I am required to create an account. I do not wish to do this, hence I cannot get a necessary spare part. Quooker... The Quooker is amazing and we love it. The service is very poor in terms of contacting anyone if something goes wrong. Once you do get through the staff are great - especially the fitter!
