It's so quick and easy to use. No more waiting for that kettle to boil and no more heating water and throwing away or reheating what is not used in the kettle. A bonus is less clutter on the worktops. Servicing is easy to arrange and the engineer we had was brilliant.

We chose Quooker to save space on our small worktop. Even one kettle was taking up too much room! We bought the additional filter for drinking water and wow! We love it and love the convenience of hot water 'on tap'

You don’t think you need a Quooker tap, until you get one, then you wonder how you ever managed without one. Also their customer service is 5 star.

Overall, thank you – I appreciate the help. It took a while to get through initially, but once I spoke to someone, the service was much better than the chatbot. They understood the issue and dispatched the part quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to deliver it despite repeated follow-ups, and I was eventually advised to reorder. That process also took time, but once completed, the replacement arrived within 48 hours. In hindsight, I should have reordered much sooner rather than waiting 4–5 weeks. Lesson learned, but the issue is now resolved – thank you again.
