We have had our Quooker for over 10 years now and it’s been faultless. It’s constantly in use throughout the day, every day. It’s an integral part of our everyday routine and I can’t imagine being without it. Brilliant product.

I asked for a quote and I they sent wrong product then ,charged me extra for the product i originally requested,customer service were not helpful

The product is a great invention and most convenient, particularly for making a quick mug of tea. However, some guests have told me the tea is not the same as boiling a kettle. In the back of my mind I worry about the item failing/ breaking down in the future because there is water constantly boiling inside.

De Quooker-kraan heeft vier jaar probleemloos gefunctioneerd, maar nu is de magneetschakelaar defect geraakt, waardoor de beveiliging niet meer werkt en we geen kokend water meer krijgen. De kraan werkt uitsluitend nog wanneer we handmatig een magneet tegen de zijkant houden. Na contact met Quooker ontvingen we een standaard reactie waarin de kosten voor reparatie worden opgesomd. De manier waarop dit wordt gepresenteerd suggereert dat de reparatie vrijwel kosteloos is, maar in werkelijkheid vallen de kosten aanzienlijk hoger uit. De onderdelen worden aangeboden voor €95 en de monteurskosten bedragen €110. Als blijkt dat er nog een ander probleem speelt, wordt een nieuwe kraan geadviseerd à €305. Voor een kraan van circa €951 die na vier jaar al een dergelijk defect vertoont, mag je van een A‑merk verwachten dat dit niet voorkomt. Bovendien blijkt dit probleem vaker voor te komen, met name bij het Fusion-model. De reactie van Quooker wekt de indruk dat ze exact weten welk onderdeel standaard defect raakt. In onze vorige woning hadden we een kokendwaterkraan van Franke, die jarenlang zonder problemen heeft gewerkt. Op basis van onze ervaring zouden we anderen aanraden om alternatieven voor Quooker te overwegen om dergelijke problemen te voorkomen.

Previously had Franke. There was a time delay for boiling water. Quooker is instant. Operation is simpler and easier than Franke.

Brilliant product. I have had a Quooker boiling water filter tap for over 2 years now. It's great - so easy to use and provides an excellent supply of boiling water when required. Much better than having to keep boiling a kettle. The filter cartridges are straightforward to fit and last a long time. The icing on the cake is that it looks stylish in my new kitchen.

To get any help from your system is poor! I tried to call your help line countless times with no success! I purchased my system through Howdens, I needed installation help so was sent a copied set of installation instructions . My kitchen fitter managed to get some help I was sent a URL video , I spent a lot of time painstakingly following the video, after several attempts I managed to get it working . I was then Sent a date for an engineer to attend . I revoked this as it was a new unit and wasn’t repaired to pay any more! Had I realised you actually fit them for free I would have purchased through you directly! This whole saga took around 2 weeks to resolve thanks to delays In your response via phone or e mail ! I have had the unit for around a month now and it was only a couple of days ago I realised that to use the filtered water option I had to depress the knurled nut once ! When you are having a kitchen replaced you need support, I wasn’t given it ! Not an experience I would care to repeat so can’t recommend your product!
