Service is pretty poor

We chose Quooker to save space on our small worktop. Even one kettle was taking up too much room! We bought the additional filter for drinking water and wow! We love it and love the convenience of hot water 'on tap'

You don’t think you need a Quooker tap, until you get one, then you wonder how you ever managed without one. Also their customer service is 5 star.

Overall, thank you – I appreciate the help. It took a while to get through initially, but once I spoke to someone, the service was much better than the chatbot. They understood the issue and dispatched the part quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to deliver it despite repeated follow-ups, and I was eventually advised to reorder. That process also took time, but once completed, the replacement arrived within 48 hours. In hindsight, I should have reordered much sooner rather than waiting 4–5 weeks. Lesson learned, but the issue is now resolved – thank you again.

Just fab - the best thing is that it has a high boiling point so makes a proper hot drink , just as a kettle does . I like my drinks hot . When being installed my contractor had a quick question and the quicker help line was informed and quick to answer .

Great installation service and very pleased with product so far. Expensive acquisition that will hopefully save money in the long run.

We had a quooker tap as an upgrade when we purchased our house , can’t imagine life without it now , an absolute necessity in a modern kitchen.
