We so enjoy being able to walk in and make a hot drink. Then all the other benefits - instant hot water bottle for aches, oops, I forgot to put the pasta water on to boil moment and so on. I have a flashing red light every week I try to reset it but still same. They send me new tap after 3 weeks I had a same problem. I paid more then 1k for this

Even though Jacob was friendly , yet I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for an Engineer to come and put the Quooker right. I was without hot or cold water for all that duration. I felt if you can do...Even though Jacob was friendly , yet I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for an Engineer to come and put the Quooker right. I was without hot or cold water for all that duration. I felt if you can do without the Quooker for that length of time do I really need the equipment. The Engineer did come on the day and was very helpful and efficient. I would mark him 10 out of 10
