I have loved the tap - the concept is great but it has failed on a number of occasions. I have tried to fix it myself following the self help guides on the Quooker website but to no avail. In... I have loved the tap - the concept is great but it has failed on a number of occasions. I have tried to fix it myself following the self help guides on the Quooker website but to no avail. In desperation I booked a general maintenance appointment which has at least a 6 week wait. DO NOT DO THIS if you have a dysfunctional tap, I have been advised since by a very efficient Quooker service manager (K Irving) that the best way to resolve the issue would be to call or live chat 9-5 Mon to Sat. Very helpful thank you. I now have an appointment much sooner so hopefully all will be well soon.

We love the instant boiling water and no kettle, also having filtered water is great. We have had a new kitchen and this has been a great addition. We have only had it a few months and hopefully... A hot tap is a must have for any kitchen, and Quooker is the best on the market. I am a builder based in Woking, and I have fitted numerous brands, nothing comes close to Quooker for quality or looks
