The Quooker is amazing and we love it. The service is very poor in terms of contacting anyone if something goes wrong. Once you do get through the staff are great - especially the fitter!

Although in use for less than a year, it has been working well and the provision of instant boiling water and near instant hot water is incredibly convenient.

Saves on workspace don't have to wait for the kettle to boil had problem with tap switching off but service engineer sorted the problem couldn't fault him absolutely brilliant told us what to do... I paid £2,300 and after a week can not talk to any one.
