The sparkling water does not come on often and sometimes the hot water as well!

This is a brilliant addition to my kitchen . I went for the most simple version as I already have chilled water though my fridge and dont really use sparkling . I have put my kettle away and as well... This is a brilliant addition to my kitchen . I have put my kettle away and as well as using the tap for teas / coffees etc ,its also good to use when cooking veg . Possible I should have gone for the tap where a small hose can be pulled out , but the standard tap is amazing anyway

We had a quooker tap and cube fitted in February. The tap is fine, but the cube had an error message so we waited 6 weeks for an engineer who fitted a new one. He left and immediately it had the... We had a quooker tap and cube fitted in February. The tap is fine, but the cube had an error message so we waited 6 weeks for an engineer who fitted a new one. He left and immediately it had the same error message. We are still waiting for a return engineer. What an expensive piece of kit to constantly fail.
