I also own a rival product (Grohe Red) in another property. The quality and performance does not come close to Quooker which we have had since 2014. The hot water tap is great. The chilled water and fizzy water don’t get used much, the controls are difficult to use (too many different kinds of twisting motion) and I wouldn’t buy them again....The hot water tap is great.
