Overall, thank you – I appreciate the help. It took a while to get through initially, but once I spoke to someone, the service was much better than the chatbot. They understood the issue and dispatched the part quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to deliver it despite repeated follow-ups, and I was eventually advised to reorder. That process also took time, but once completed, the replacement arrived within 48 hours. In hindsight, I should have reordered much sooner rather than waiting 4–5 weeks. Lesson learned, but the issue is now resolved – thank you again.

Just fab - the best thing is that it has a high boiling point so makes a proper hot drink , just as a kettle does . I like my drinks hot . When being installed my contractor had a quick question and the quicker help line was informed and quick to answer .

The tap is so convenient cup of tea or coffee in seconds. The kettle is obsolete and we must be saving money by not having a kettle.

The pressure set on the tape, won’t run unless the neighbouring tape, is running. Apart from that, we love it!
