Het begon voor mij al met een gezellig intake gesprek wat normaal 30 minuten duurt, maar omdat het zo gezellig was een uur.

Ik kreeg uiteindelijk 2 kraamverzorgsters. Eentje voor de opstart en de laatste 5 dagen Romaissa. En wat was ik blij met haar! We missen haar hier nog steeds na een week... Omdat ik zelf al veel deed heeft ze ons met extra dingen geholpen. Zoals het huishouden, opruimen en zonder het te hoeven vragen soep gemaakt waar ik nog niet aan toe was gekomen. Wat was het fijn om niks meer te hoeven doen en me alleen bezig te houden met de kraamvisite.

We had wonderful experience with Procare. Edith helped us so much. We had our first baby so we didn’t knew lot of things. Edith answered all our questions and helped us with taking care of baby and... We had wonderful experience with Procare. Edith helped us so much. We had our first baby so we didn’t knew lot of things. Edith answered all our questions and helped us with taking care of baby and myself also. Without her we don’t know how we would have survived. I would recommend procare to everyone I know

We had two wonderful nurses who helped us navigate our first days as a parent. Both were very competent and knowledgeable professionals, helping us with baby care, breastfeeding, and postpartum care, among other topics.

But I'd like to give a big shoutout to Nina. Besides being a very skilled nurse, she is a magnificent human being who gave me a lot of support during a difficult postpartum period. I cannot recommend her enough!

We are super lucky to meet Mandy, Kubra and Sarah during the week. We have enjoyed the time that they spent with us, being able to both rest and learn how to take care of our newborn. I really liked... We are super lucky to meet Mandy, Kubra and Sarah during the week. We have enjoyed the time that they spent with us, being able to both rest and learn how to take care of our newborn. I really liked that we were not pushed to do things certain way but only given suggestions and best practise. Everyone was always on time and making us feel we are doing a great job! I got a lot of support and they made sure we are comfortable :)

I would definitely recommend pro care and would book again.

Wij kregen eerst een persoon in opleiding, die naar onze mening nog niet zelfstandig ingezet kon worden. Na dit aangegeven te hebben werd er snel geschakeld en iemand anders gestuurd.
We waren... Wij kregen eerst een persoon in opleiding, die naar onze mening nog niet zelfstandig ingezet kon worden. Na dit aangegeven te hebben werd er snel geschakeld en iemand anders gestuurd.
We waren heel blij met Roshni. Zij legt alles goed en gestructureerd uit, wat wij echt nodig hadden na een zware bevalling met complicaties. Je weet waar je aan toe bent en dat geeft rust.

Daarnaast is ze erg lief, geinteresseerd en betrokken. Bij een volgende bevalling zouden wij haar zeker weer als kraamzorg willen.

Chalene was an angel for my partner, me and our baby girl Luma. We felt safe with her from the moment we met. In less than a week time, she turned these first time parents into confident ones. She... Chalene was an angel for my partner, me and our baby girl Luma. We felt safe with her from the moment we met. In less than a week time, she turned these first time parents into confident ones. She gave us room when needed and took great care of Luma, what allowed us to stay a bit longer in bed every morning and become better parents.

We also got help from Dunya for a couple of days. She was in training but acted like a pro, besides being very warm and kind. Our Luma was mesmerized with her.

We will definitely come back for more if we get pregnant again.

Our experience was overall very positive, even though we had a difficult journey in the first few days. With help of Roshni we learned all the basic things about how to handle, bathe, change and... Our experience was overall very positive, even though we had a difficult journey in the first few days. With help of Roshni we learned all the basic things about how to handle, bathe, change and feed the baby and kept a close eye on the health of both the baby and the mother. I particularly appreciated that Roshni called in for extra help whenever it was required, be it an extra check for bilirubin levels or reaching out to our midwife and a lactation consultant with any concern. At times though our schedule was quite intense, as we had so much to learn in the limited hours that could be offered to us due to the busy period with a lot of births. We are happy with the care provided, but wished that the number of hours received per day was 6h instead of the received 4h. Also be aware that the 1st day you won't get kraamzorg if you get discharged from the hospital after 4 pm.
