It really minimizes unwanted mail in my inbox without me having to do much. The fact that spam mails are auto filtered is the best feature for me.

A slightly awkward site migration, as our previous provider wasn't offering a lot of help or access and the backups I had hoovered out were in a slightly odd format. Tech support did a good job of listening then helping (doing it in that order makes such a difference!) and didn't complain when I rolled three issues in series into a single ticket.

Site now migrated, stable and faster than it was before for half of what we were paying and a tenth of what we were being asked to pay in future.

I have been with Pram IT servers ever since they started. Pramuka and the team is very passionate and they love to serve people from their expertise and great resources they have with the high... Pramuka and the team is very passionate and they love to serve people from their expertise and great resources they have with the high speed servers and ofc the best customer service. All my clients hosted with them and recently I transferred some of the clients I had with another service provider. Pramuka and the team help me to do a smooth migration and not only that they supported me but also to sort out and recover all the websites which I had problems with. They did work over night just to make sure there will be no downtime during the day time. Thank you so much Pram IT Solutions Team. You guys have understood the exact client requirement and the need. You guys will be number 1 in the global very soon because of the good attitude in service.

I just finished using Pram ITt's migration service to migrate four existing Wordpress sites to their servers. Because the free self-migration service wouldn't work, I used the paid service. Because the free self-migration service wouldn't work, I used the paid service. It took about 5 days in all and several long phone calls but finally everything seems to be wrapped up and my sites have updated php, new SSL, and faster speeds. Plus I learned a whole lot!

I expected excellent service and help from Pram; I have always gotten it in the past, and this time was no exception. My site was down with an error message I didn't even understand; I couldn't log... I expected excellent service and help from Pram; I have always gotten it in the past, and this time was no exception. My site was down with an error message I didn't even understand; I couldn't log into WordPress because of it, and I can't/couldn't afford to hire someone to fix it. Luckily I didn't have to, because PramIT was there! They saw me mention it on Twitter and reached out to me, and within a day they had found the problem, my site was back up, and they'd told me how to fix it.

For me the best thing about PramIT's service, the thing that really makes them stand out, is their kindness and understanding. Over the years I have contacted them with some truly basic questions, questions that must seem just plain dumb to the experts who work there, but there has never been even the faintest hint that they think I or my questions actually are dumb. Instead they are nothing but understanding, encouraging, and helpful.

I am truly so happy that I went with Pram three years ago when I started my website. In all that time I have never had an issue they couldn't solve, and my issues have all been minor and far apart (until now, which was my fault, not theirs). I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for solid and reliable hosting and great service.
