We had so many questions regarding the contract and she always replied with all the details we needed.

Everything was handled very professionally by Jessica from Perfectrent: the showing, signing the contract, answering questions, and handing over the apartment. I was even allowed to move in 2 days... Everything was handled very professionally by Jessica from Perfectrent: the showing, signing the contract, answering questions, and handing over the apartment. I was even allowed to move in 2 days before the start of the contract, which made moving from my previous place much easier. I am very satisfied!

Perfecrent also uses digital solutions for all the rental process, including info direct from DigID! save me a lot of time when sharing and processing my documents. I’m very happy in general!

It was a very pleasant experience. The process was fast and clear and the agent really helpful and responsive.

The submission of all the documents was very easy--thanks to the use of DigiD. Usually one would have to take a while to attach a dozen of documents to an email, this time it was just a few clicks!

The process with Perfectrent and with Jessica was always very pleasant. Very costumer friendly, we really felt it is one of the few agencies that actually cares about the clients. Jessica was... The process with Perfectrent and with Jessica was always very pleasant. Very costumer friendly, we really felt it is one of the few agencies that actually cares about the clients. Jessica was extremely helpful and the service was very tailored to our needs. Because of that, we were able to find a place to live in a very decent time frame. We definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place in Rotterdam.
