They told me that I was right and there was an issue with my valours, and one day after they told me that i was wrong. Completely inaffidable, I understand that they can do mistakes, but they should be willing to repair the situation ASAP

To our understanding, you disagree with one of the reference values, specifically the free testosterone. We have been in contact with the clinical chemist of the lab to discuss your points, however we have been told that the references used are the correct ones and are suitable to the European references that have been set by medical laws. Therefore, we have looked into the situation and updated you multiple times on the outcome, Please feel free to give us a call, maybe we can look at a partial restitution of the marker on this matter.
