Booked through a comparison site & wish I never. Had to change my dates because of COVID & was told I had a year to re-book. When I got new dates, I went to re-book & was told I couldn’t because it... Booked through a comparison site & wish I never. Had to change my dates because of COVID & was told I had a year to re-book. When I got new dates, I went to re-book & was told I couldn’t because it was after the start date of original booking, so you kept my money even though I was first in contact with them at least 3 weeks before. Will never be using you again & will be making sure you are not part of any company I use in the future.

It was excellent up until the time I needed to cancel the booking. I have called several numbers this morning but all customers services appear to be closed and some will not open again until after... How do I get my money back for the reservation that I made?
