Nothing like advertised.

I saw everyones reviews but I wanted to try out my luck 🤞. On the 15th of nov o ordered 2 samples just to see the quality of their products and if they are as bad as everyone here is saying regarding the service. i noticed that even after a couple of days my order status was still processing. Gave them an email and they confirmed that everything if ok and on the 17th of nov they already delivered my samples. Today, as we are getting close to their delivery time which was 1 dec I wrote them an email asking about my orders status. First reply was the same as first, that they already confirmed that the samples were delivered, and later the same day, another email came in and someone just informed me that one of the samples is out of stoc and they will resend the whole order once again when both of my items will be available. Please, please! Don't order! For your moneys sake😅

I ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper. On the pictures it looks light blue. The description says blue, but when I received them, they were clearly not blue, but much more green. I have now returned them after a really bad experience with customer service and it costed me 175 DKK to return them. And you wouldn't help with the expense. No, I shouldn't ask for samples. You need to give the right description! It's the second time I order wallpaper (Cranes), where the description said grey, but the birds are... green as well. Just not good enough.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive samples that were required quickly. So cant review the product, but customer services not particularly helpful

I am in the UK and ordered some wallpaper from this company, the wallpaper never arrived, I chased and they said it had been returned to them, I asked if they could re-send it to me, I was told no, I would have to re-order it again, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the wallpaper I ordered. I was given a refund, but because the transaction was in Euros, I was charged a transaction fee by my bank, I asked Origin to refund the transaction fee as I never received the product and I was told no, so I am out of pocket and without the product, I will not be ordering anything else from this company in future.
